Returns and Refunds
Return policy:
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return within five days after the item has been delivered. House of Headies will accept the return if it’s within ten days of delivery, only if the item is unopened and unused. We firmly will not accept items that have been opened or have damaged packaging. Returns due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee and the shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Refunds will be issued 2–5 days after the return has been received and processed.
Products damaged during shipping:
Damaged and defective items must be reported within five days after the item has been delivered. Items must be returned within ten days of the delivery date in order to qualify for a refund. If you received a damaged product, immediately take photos of the package and its contents. Email those photos to House of Headies with any key information. If the damaged product is a glass product, House of Headies must be notified within 24 hours after receipt of delivery. Refunds will be issued 2–5 days after the product has been returned and inspected.
Important note: Many of our products are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces and may contain slight imperfections such as air bubbles, asymmetry, and slight discoloration. If you aren’t satisfied with imperfections such as these, you may still return the product by covering return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Filing returns:

Vape returns:
Vapes can be returned but must be unopened and unused. These items are not backed by warranty from manufacturers, therefore we cannot accept these products if the package is open.
Premium glass returns:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All headies (premium glass in excess of $1,000) will be inspected, cleaned, and will arrive in a protective case. If the glass is damaged through shipping, it must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence of the package and product damage. Any glass item that has been used, regardless of shipping damage, may not be returned. Premium glass orders can be cancelled before 12:00pm CT the day after the order is placed. Any orders cancelled after, but before shipping, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
